It consists of 27 chalets build on a slope almost on top of each other, retaining a characteristic feel of the houses found in southern Albania especially Berat and Gjirokastra. This complex offers a total of 37chalets, consisting of double beds, air-conditioning, heating, TV, mini-bar, en suite bathroom with shower and all have balconies overlooking the beautiful Ionian Sea. 6 of the chalets have two separate rooms within the quarters, one room consisting of a double bed while the other has two single beds.
