We had ordered 5 rooms. When we arrive the hotel, there were not towels, toiletpaper and in some of the rooms there were not warm water in the shower. In one room the toilet didnt work at all. The sheets were "hopefully" clean, but there were spots on it. Not delicious! When we complained to the boss, he just said that we could go to another hotel. He didnt want to solve the problems at all. During the week we stayed, the rooms were not cleaned at all. Very bad service!! The waiters at the bar were very nice and very helpful. Thanks to them!! This is definitly not the standard Scandinavian tourist are used to. Sorry, because the wheather are very nice and the beach are ok. 2012-08-29 06:03:12
